27th Annual Conference of the German Society for Audiology in Göttingen

The 27th annual conference of the German Society of Audiology (DGA) took place in Göttingen from March 19 to 21, 2025. The scientific program, under the conference theme “Mechanisms of Hearing”, was organized together with the Association of German Audiologists, Neurootologists and Otologists (ADANO). In addition to plenary lectures with proven experts and scientists, tutorials, which conveyed topics in a form that is useful for practical application and also understandable for non-experts, structured sessions covered the broad spectrum of the diverse field.

Prof. Dr. Dagmar Krefting, Director of the Department of Medical Informatics, was invited as a speaker in the structured session “Research data management in audiology” and gave a lecture on the topic of “Sharing and pooling data - legal framework conditions and technical-organizational solutions”.
