GMDS DMEA Satellite Symposium 2025

The workshop "Trustworthy data and powerful information systems: The path from strategy to successful implementation“ which took place on April 7, 2025 as part of the DMEA satellite event in Berlin, were the GMDS working group ”Information Systems in Healthcare (HIS)", Competence Center for the Electronic Signature in Healthcare (CCESigG) e.V., IHE Deutschland e.V.

Prof. Dr. Dagmar Krefting (Director of the Department for Medical Informatics at the University Medical Center Göttingen) was invited for a joint workshop session with Prof. Dr. Penzkofer (Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin) and spoke on the topic “Do regulations such as GDNG, Medical Information Act, create the necessary conditions for a sustainable research data landscape?”. The workshop was moderated by Dr. Viola Henke (GMDS & IHe Germany), Dr. Jürgen Bosk (IHE Germany & CCESigG), Michael Reiter (HCM Editor-in-Chief).
